How I Work (and what clients often ask)

Working with me is designed to feel calm, structured, and supportive, like having a grounded partner in your corner. Here's how it works, and what clients often want to know before we begin.

How do sessions work?

We meet on Zoom for focused, 45-minute strategy calls - weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, depending on your support tier.

What tools do we use together?

We’ll co-work using:

• Notion – for dashboards, calendars, project tracking

• Canva – for content and templates

• ChatGPT + Google Docs – for copy, systems, and workflows

• Email + Notion comments – for async check-ins

What happens between sessions?

You’ll have a shared Notion dashboard and async support via email or Notion. I check messages regularly, so there’s no waiting or chasing.

How structured is it?

Each tier has a clear container, but we work to suit your preferences:

• Session limits and hour caps = predictable delivery

• Monthly resets = a chance to refocus without scope creep

• Extra work? You can always request a one-off top-up

What if I’m not sure which tier fits?

No stress. We can talk it through in a 30-minute call. I’ll recommend what suits your goals and energy best.

Can I pause or change my plan?
